Training course for youth workers that are eager to learn more about outdoor education and experiential learning and gain skills, tools, methods to use outdoors as a tool. This experience will unite 28 participants from EU countries (Poland, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Latvia) and team of 5 experienced outdoor trainers and co-trainers.
GENERAL
Outdoors as a Tool is an international network of organizations that use outdoor and experiential learning as a tool for the development of (youth) groups. This is fifth edition of our Train the Trainer course. This is a program specially designed to equip youth workers with new skills, tools and experience for using outdoors as a tool. So to become an even better trainer/facilitator. To achieve this we have a very interesting and challenging program for you that consists of two live training weeks and in period between those two weeks an online learning.
Dates
First part takes place 27.08 – 3.09 in Latvia (incl. travel days), 2nd part January/February in Poland (7 days training + 2 days travel).
