Przez prawie 2 lata, trenerzy i eksperci z Polski (w tym Aga Leśny i Igor Lisin z naszej fundacji), Grecji, Włoch, Rumunii i Niemiec, reprezentujący organizacje zajmujące się outdoor education, testowali i pisali program oraz podręcznik.
Pierwszy ukazuje się manual zawierający propozycję programu dla grup młodzieżowych wraz z opisami wszystkich aktywności.

„Outdoor Academy presents the results of our 19 month strategic partnership – an international cooperation between five organisations from Poland, Greece, Italy, Romania and Germany.
Over the course of the last year and a half we have produced two learning tools, namely a training manual and a handbook for implementing long-term programmes in outdoor education. These have been tested on a range of target groups by outdoor educators in the participating countries, and their feedback has been integrated into our final results.
Outdoor Academy provides two concrete contributions to non-formal youth work. First, the training manual instructs educators in how to implement a long-term programme (three to six months) that is suited to a diverse range of target groups. Second, the handbook integrates in a user-friendly and accessible style both an overview of the theory of outdoor education in addition to a detailed description of how to implement outdoor education scenarios in practice.
